The air-conditioned apartment was really cozy and comfortable. It had a nice seating area where we could relax after a long day of exploring. The kitchenette with a fridge was super handy for storing our snacks and drinks. We even cooked a couple of meals there! The satellite flat-screen TV was a great addition for when we wanted to unwind and catch up on our favorite shows.
I personally would have liked an electric kettle in the studio. Just my preference though, others might not mind.

It was excellent in general: large room, excellent location just next door to the promenade and the downtown area, the old town and the centre of the city. We stayed here before and always had excellent experience...

Modern, clean apartment with well-equipped kitchenette. Convenient location, an 8-minute walk to town centre with supermarkets and bakeries nearby. Air conditioning and small balcony added to the comfort. Helpful host provided restaurant recommendations.

The host, Andrea, was incredibly helpful and provided us with excellent recommendations for restaurants and places to visit in and around the area. Additionally, the room was spotlessly clean and the apartment's location was perfect, just a short 10-minute walk to the promenade and downtown area. It was also convenient to have shops and bakeries located on the same street, making it easy to grab snacks or breakfast options.
That the apartment was a bit small and the balcony could only accommodate one person. Additionally, there was no coffee machine available.

The apartment was so fancy, I felt like a queen! Loved the cozy seating area and the private balcony, perfect for sipping champagne. And don't even get me started on the bicycle rental service, how posh!
Oh, how I enjoyed the lovely street noise outside my window, it was like having my own personal orchestra playing day and night. So charming!

Mijn verblijf was geweldig!

They offered a bicycle rental service, but seriously, who needs exercise on vacation? The apartment had air-conditioning and a seating area, perfect for when I needed a break from exploring. or, you know, just lounging around in luxury. I also had a private balcony, because a public one would have been just too pedestrian.
I mean, if I had to find one, the balcony wasn't big enough for a private dance party. But hey, I managed to survive without it.

The value for money at Split Old Town Apartment was fantastic. The room was bright, clean, and spacious, with all the necessary facilities including Wi-Fi. The apartment's location was perfect, situated in a charming local community just a short walk away from all major attractions and transportation networks. The owners were incredibly lovely and helpful, always quick to respond to any inquiries and providing us with great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit.
The only issue we encountered was that the hot water ran out halfway through a shower one evening, leaving us with cold water for the rest of the night. However, it was resolved the next morning, and despite this minor inconvenience, we would gladly return to Split Old Town Apartment again.

The flat was clean, cosy and very conveniently located. The apartment was on a second floor, there is no lift in the building but it wasn’t an issue even when carrying a suitcase. The road is relatively quiet and it seems it has got a lot of free on street parking. The flat had a little balcony, outside drying rack, an air con. It had a double bed, plenty of storage, tv with channels in English language, small fridge. There are two bakeries, a supermarket and a chemist only short walk down the road. City centre and old town is only a 5 min walk. Travel from the airport only took 40min by a bus and about 20min by a boat and the apartment was about 10min walk from the bus station. The host was lovely, answered all questions swiftly, provided lots of tips and recommendations and was generally very attentive.
Missing slats in the outer shutter screen meant that the sunlight came through in the early morning. No change of towels or sheets in 11 nights.
